Day 14 - 30 Day Challenge

Day 14: What’s the worst yarn/fiber that you’ve worked with and why?

 I only have worked with Red Heart Super Saver, Soft, baby yarn and cotton.  That's what's available here so unless I get something better, there is no worst yarn/fiber at the moment. 

Translating patterns - Ayuda para interpretar/traducir patrones de ganchillo

I am thinking of going into translating since I do it for myself all the time with crochet patterns.  Plus, I need the practice lol.  I actually like to translate even though it is time consuming and sometimes you have to be doing the pattern the same time to understand what the person means.  I have found many spanish patterns out there, really good ones too that I have translated for myself, for the most part.  I did a few from french to english and have only tried a couple in italian. Unfortunately, this would not be a free service since it does take my time and effort but it is something that I am willing to do since I like to crochet and understand the difficulties in crocheting when you like a pattern but it's not your language.  The cost would be minimal.  If you wish this to be done, please email me.  I can answer short questions for free.

Day 13: Do you have yarn that you love but can’t find a project for?

 Well I have scrap yarn that I keep trying to find projects for or find a way to use.  I would love to get some shimmer yarn but I feel like I would want everything in this yarn lol

Sometimes I go and buy the yarn with one intent and make something totally different.

I have been away for a while due to internet issues.  I'm sorry about this but there is nothing I can do about it due to the crappy service of my internet provider.  This has been months now and still nothing.  I will still try to update here but it's difficult.

Day 12: Where do you keep your stash? Post pictures!

I keep my stash in a really big box.  I will post pics later but the box is very full.  I may need another big box but I try to keep most things in there.

Day 11: Do you have a “Crocheting Hero” or someone that is just way too awesome for their own good? Do share!

 I can't think of one besides my mother. She pretty much likes those intricate patterns and I still don't know how she does it without going crazy.

Day 10: Do you have a favorite pattern or designer?

 I have favourite designers and sometimes I make things from these designs and/or admire their work.  There are some really talented people out there creating fantastic designs.

Day 9: What fiber or yarn do you love working with?

I would prefer to work in a different fiber that I usually work in.  I work generally in acrylic mostly and sometimes cotton but would like to change to another fiber when it's more feasible.
